You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. You'll also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped. Go to your Orders page and click on the order you want to modify.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery is available in select pin codes.

We deliver across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to check delivery availability and estimated delivery time.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Some categories like innerwear and personalized items are non-returnable.

Go to your Orders page, select the order, click on "Return Item", choose your reason, and schedule a pickup. Our delivery partner will collect the item from your address.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas.

COD is available for orders up to ₹25,000 in serviceable pin codes. A nominal COD fee of ₹30 may apply on certain orders.

Yes, all payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your card details on our servers.
